Coming Soon to SoundSleeping
The mp3 section of soundsleeping will soon be expanding. We are working on two new nature soundscapes. The first one is "Evening Campfire", with campfire sounds and crickets. The second one is "Summer Day", with a babbling brook and singing birds.
Another project we are working on is a desktop application version of the nature sounds mixing board. We've had several requests for a program of this type. This application will be fast and responsive and can be used on computers with no internet connection.

I am looking forward to your recording of crickets and a bonfire. I've downloaded a few of the "Stormy Night" recordings and I love them.
Where can i get a large copy of this photo...it's beautiful.
The photo is very nice, unfortunately, I don't remember where I found it. I always keep my eyes open for nice images to use on the site, but I don't keep track of where I found them.
There's a good chance this came from Flickr, I grabbed several of the images from there. I'd search "nature" and sort by "popular".
